Hi, I'm Janel Sun /juh-nel sun/

I was born in Toronto and grew up in Taipei. Beijing is also my hometown, and that is why I have always hoped to explore the culture of different countries and places.

 

Graduated with a Master of Design from NSCAD University in Halifax, NS, Canada, in 2024.​

I enjoy the changes that technology and design bring to life, so I like to try and learn new things and pursue beauty and texture. I take inspiration from the intersection between art and design to better understand people through culture, identity, and social behaviours.
