從前幾個禮拜開始的籌備，沒有活動和帶小孩的經驗，一直到後面當了拼豆負責人，過程中很多事都做的不太理想，像是6號晚上演練雖然緊張但很有信心，沒想到7號帶高年級的班，馬上打臉超級混亂，還好其他人一起幫我想辦法解決，很多準備都與真正情況不同，做過後才能發現缺少的部分。 在教學組團康紅白旗遊戲喊的喉嚨超痛回家還燒聲，練習時不太會喊一直很擔心，但當天喊久了到後面根本不用小抄，當我看到下課後還有小孩偷學我的口令，就算辛苦還是很開心。 在各種活動裡也接觸每個小孩，有很暖心的孩子會幫忙搬桌子，有的寫卡片時問我“我愛你”怎麼寫，也有很成熟不愛講話的五六年級女生，當你慢慢跟她聊，她也會很有童心的跟我介紹她的作品，至於班上的小霸王，前一天比賽惹哭了一個女孩一直不願意道歉，隔天帶他們打躲避球又打到一個不受他們喜歡的孩子，當大家都在嘲笑那個孩子時，我看到小霸王眼裡滿滿歉意，請他道歉兩次也乖乖照做，可以感覺到他成長了，而這些事也讓我學到很多，不只是帶他們的方式，以小孩的角度理解他們，也能與自己現在的生活有所聯繫。 孩子的個性生活都差滿多，有些可能是隔代單親再婚，有些已經有手機電腦平板，共同的是每一個都很可愛很善良，從前兩天的擔心到後兩天期待和他們見面，三天過得很開心。 也很感謝工作人員的各種幫忙，在準備和操作上我還有很多不足，多多溝通討論幫助很大，這次真的學到很多，希望下次能更少遺憾，也希望暑假國際志工團能順利成行。

Volunteer in Xiandong Elementary School, Taiwan
Before this event, I had no experience with children. And as the person in charge of Perler Beads, I didn't do many things ideally in this process. Fortunately, other people helped me find a solution and let me learn a lot. In the red and white flag game, I was worried about making mistakes but it ended very well. When I saw that there were kids imitating me after class, I was very happy even though it was hard work.
There are very sweet children who will help move the table, and some ask me how to write "I love you" when writing cards. There is also a very shy girl but when talking to her patiently, she will be happy to introduce her work to me. I really like the imagination and creativity of those children.
It's very grateful to the team for any help, and very happy to have this opportunity to volunteer with them!
